1. Service
CEOsofts ERP is provided by CEOsofts Co., Ltd. as software-as-a-service (multi-tenant) or dedicated installation per your order.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
- You are responsible for users invited to your workspace and their actions.
- Do not attempt to access other tenants' data or disrupt the platform.
- You must comply with applicable tax, labour, and accounting laws for your business data.
3. Subscription & billing
Plans, modules, and user limits are defined at signup or in your order. Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Trial periods convert to paid or suspended per plan rules.
4. Data ownership
You retain ownership of business data entered into the system. We process it only to provide the service.
5. Availability
SaaS availability targets are described in our Service Level Agreement.
6. Termination
You may export data before cancellation. We may suspend access for non-payment or material breach.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
